Recently, Eurocrane was successfully selected as a “Green Factory of Jiangsu Province.”

From the outset of facility construction, Eurocrane has prioritized energy-efficient workshop management. By integrating natural lighting and replacing traditional tungsten iodine lamps with LED lighting throughout the plant, the company has significantly improved illumination quality while generating notable economic benefits.

Each key piece of production equipment in the workshop—such as coating, shot-blasting, and air-compression systems—is equipped with electronic metering devices to monitor electricity, compressed air, and other energy-consumption data in real time, enabling precise management by production personnel. All data is connected to the central system, achieving full-process, visualized monitoring.

Energy conservation and environmental protection were core principles in the design of Eurocrane’s coating production line. Comprehensive considerations were given to energy-reduction measures and hazardous-waste treatment. Online operational data is fully integrated into the monitoring center, meeting all national regulatory requirements. For motors and other major electrical equipment, variable-frequency technologies have been adopted, enabling a comprehensive energy-saving strategy that reduces overall consumption by approximately 20%.

Since 2023, the company has invested in a solar photovoltaic system. Today, 15,000 square meters of PV panels have been installed on the plant’s rooftop, playing an important role in daily operations. The system now supplies approximately 37%–40% of the factory’s total electricity demand, delivering substantial economic value.

In response to China’s “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals, Eurocrane established a Green Energy Committee to systematically advance carbon-emission accounting and management, standardize and reduce emissions, and support progress toward carbon neutrality. At the same time, the company enforces strict low-carbon requirements across its supply chain.
