Eurocrane gantry cranes are specifically designed for sites without corbel support, such as storage yards, ports, and factory buildings. They are available in semi-gantry and full-gantry configurations, with a maximum lifting capacity up to 300 tons. The main structure features a portal bridge frame design, with two sturdy legs beneath the load-bearing main girder that enables travel along ground-level rails. Outrigger jibs can be configured at both ends of the main girder to further extend the working range. This crane is widely used in outdoor applications such as ports and storage yards, efficiently completing loading and unloading tasks for various freight yards, material yards, and bulk cargo.
The overall leg and main girder structures are designed using computer 3D simulation techniques, ensuring optimal solutions and efficient installation plans for our customers.
In the painting process, we employ a world-leading "triple-spray, triple-bake" automated coating system. This approach ensures stable and reliable coating quality while maintaining efficient delivery.
In the pre-assembly process, we utilize our proprietary heavy-duty test platforms to ensure full functionality before delivery, improving on-site installation and commissioning efficiency.
