    1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Design or Mechanical Engineering;

    2. More than 2 years of mechanical design experience, with preference for those in the lifting winch industry; outstanding fresh graduates are also considered;

    3. Proficient in using design software such as Solidworks, Solid Edge, Auto-CAD, and office productivity tools;

    4. Be familiar with and proficient in the principles of mechanical design;

    5. Honest, trustworthy, and cheerful, with a passion for work, strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities.

  • Electrical Design Engineer
    Bachelor's degree or above
    Engineering

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Design or Mechanical Engineering;

  • Process Engineer
    Bachelor's degree or above

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related majors; exceptional candidates with associate degrees may be considered;

    2. More than 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical drafting and process documentation, proficient in using CAD and other drafting software;

    3. Capable of independently formulating relevant process documentation standards, such as FMEA, control plans, and work instructions;

    4. Strong hands-on skills, capable of solving and guiding on-site technical process issues.


  • International Sales Engineer
    Bachelor's degree or above
    Sales & Marketing

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in science, engineering, marketing, or foreign languages;

    2. Excellent written English proficiency with good spoken language skills;

    3. More than 2 years of overseas sales experience in mechanical products, excellent fresh graduates are also considered;

    4. Passionate about sales, willing to take on challenges, capable of enduring hardships and traveling for work, with strong stress resistance;

    5. Possess strong affinity, optimism, confidence, and excellent professional ethics.


  • Domestic Sales Engineer
    Bachelor's degree or above
    Sales & Marketing

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in science, engineering, marketing, or related fields;

    2. More than 2 years of work experience in mechanical product sales, with a technical background preferred;

    3. Passionate about sales work, willing to accept challenges, able to endure hardship and travel, strong ability to withstand pressure;

    4. Having good affinity, optimistic and confident, and possessing good professional ethics.


  • Quality Engineer
    Bachelor's degree or above
    Quality

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, undergraduate preferred, major in mechanical engineering or related fields;

    2. More than 2 years of work experience in customer complaints related to manufacturing industry;

    3. Familiar with knowledge related to inspection of mechanical and electronic products;

    4. Familiar with quality management system, able to use commonly used quality management tools to solve practical problems, familiar with the production of 8D reports;

    5. Strong sense of responsibility, good language organization and communication skills.
