This July, we were excited to welcome a new group of graduates to the Eurocrane team as our 2026 onboarding program officially came to a close.

As something more than just an introduction to the company, the program gave our new employees the opportunity to learn about Eurocrane's business, connect with colleagues, and begin building relationships across different teams.

Chairman Fenghua Tao attended the event and shared a few words of encouragement with the new hires:

"When setting goals, you don't need to aim for perfection from the very beginning. Having a goal and working toward it is always better than standing still. There's a saying: at least you jump on the moon. Even if you never reach the sun, at least you've leaped with all your strength and landed on the moon. I hope this inspires you. Aim high, keep moving forward, and give your best effort."

This year's recruitment reflects Eurocrane's continued commitment to attracting outstanding talent, with more than half of our new employees holding postgraduate degrees.

The 2026 onboarding program also marked an important milestone. For the first time, new employees from all of Eurocrane's business divisions took part in the program together, giving them a broader understanding of the Group while encouraging collaboration across teams from day one.

One of the most memorable parts of the program was the team challenge, where newly formed groups competed in quizzes and interactive activities. The friendly competition brought plenty of energy to the classroom, with the winning team receiving the "Best Team" award.

The program concluded with a group run around the lake led by HR Director Mr. Lan, reflecting Eurocrane's commitment to supporting both the professional growth and well-being of our employees.
